Returns and exchange policy
Because each piece is handmade to order, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
If your order arrives broken or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@beryeni.com including photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll guide you through the next steps for repair, replacement, or refund.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind, as each piece is made individually for every client.
Repairs
If your piece is accidentally damaged after purchase, we offer a paid repair service whenever possible.
Please email us for an assessment. Some glass pieces can be repaired, others may need to be remade entirely.
